Axiom Electrical Solutions is Hiring – Journeyman Electrician

Axiom Electrical Solutions is a small but growing company looking to hire an experienced Commercial Journeyman Electrician. We’re looking for someone who wants to grow with us, take ownership in their work, and help lead projects and crew members in the field.

Pay: DOE – based on experience and qualifications

Responsibilities:

• Read and understand commercial electrical plans, specifications, one-lines, and panel schedules

• Troubleshoot electrical systems and diagnose problems

• Bend and install conduit accurately

• Manage and work alongside a small crew

• Keep projects organized and moving efficiently

• Communicate professionally with customers, general contractors, inspectors, and other trades

• Follow NEC requirements and company safety procedures

• Perform quality work with minimal supervision

Requirements:

• Current Texas Journeyman Electrician License

• Commercial electrical experience

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

• Able to pass a background check

• Dependable transportation

• Able to perform the physical requirements of electrical construction, with or without reasonable accommodation

• Dependable, punctual, and able to lead by example

Preferred:

• Experience leading helpers or apprentices

• Strong troubleshooting skills

• Experience with commercial service and new construction
